Ella Savchuk, RN, BSN

Ella Savchuk began her nursing career in 2007 after graduating from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working in surgical, cardiology, and intensive care, she entered the mother/baby world in 2009 and worked as a L/D RN for 12 years in the hospital. She loved helping mothers bring babies into this world, advocating for natural births in a hospital setting, assisting with breastfeeding, and empowering women to make informed decisions. She also helped open a Labor/Delivery Unit at a brand new community hospital, which later went on to become the busiest birthing center in all of Minnesota, handling births from 26 weeks+.

In 2021, Ella and her family moved from Minnesota to South Carolina and she began exploring options to assist with homebirths. She joined the Beloved Birth team in 2023 and loves being apart of the homebirth community. She attends birth as a birth assistant, draws all lab work, and takes care of the postpartum home visits.

Ella is a Follower of Christ, wife of 18 years to her best friend, Boris, mother to 3 boys and 2 girls, homeschooling mom, homesteader with a small farm of sheep, goats, and chickens, and Childbirth Educator. In her free time she enjoys spending time in nature with her children, journaling, traveling, growing flowers, and reading books.
